*Community Engagement Hub — Employer Toolkit*

*A benefit nobody knows about retains nobody. Announce in at least two
channels, and brief managers first.*

## All-employee email

**Subject:** New: [benefit name] starts [date]

Team,

You told us in the survey that [top survey finding — e.g., "unpredictable
schedules make child care nearly impossible"]. We heard you.

Starting [date], [Company] is launching **[benefit]**: [two sentences —
what it is, who's eligible, what it costs the employee].

**How to use it:** [enrollment step, link/contact, deadline if any].

Questions? [Name] in [HR/People] owns this — ask them anything, or bring
questions to the [date] all-hands.

[Leader name] — [title]

## Manager briefing notes (send 3 days before the announcement)

- What's launching and why (share the survey numbers)
- Exact eligibility and how employees enroll
- The three questions you'll get, with answers: cost, eligibility, "what if my situation is unusual?" → route to [owner]
- What NOT to do: don't promise exceptions; don't discuss individual family situations on the floor

## All-hands talking points (60 seconds)

1. The survey said [finding]. 2. So we're doing [benefit], starting [date].
3. Enrollment is [step]. 4. This is a first step, not the last — the
6-month review will tell us what's next.
