- Track commitments made in meetings and follow up before the next one
- Coordinate working groups and keep deliverables visible
- Maintain the member roster, contact lists, and shared files
- Support employer outreach: scheduling, materials, follow-up
- Flag decisions that need the steering committee; never sit on a blocker

## Qualifications

- Project coordination experience (community, association, or business setting)
- Writes clearly and briefly; comfortable with follow-up that borders on persistent
- Credible with both business and community audiences
- Familiarity with [region] preferred; child care sector knowledge helpful, not required

## Success looks like (first year)

- Meetings happen on cadence with >75% attendance
- Every commitment logged and followed up within two weeks
- Monthly update ships on time, every month
- The coalition survives any single member's departure — including the coordinator's
